The "Ultimate 510 airdam" A Mr. (John?) Bofenkamp designed this airdam back in the late 1980's. He apparently worked for some German car dealerships and patterned this after the look at the time. In early 2002, the 510 internet mailing list got on a topic of this airdam, and one of the very few purchasers from that time found a guy to make a mold from his and reproduced them. I was fortunate to buy on of these, and test fitting on a friend's 510 it looks great! The airdam comes in white, so it matched my buddy's 510 nicely. |
