My VG30DETT Modifications:

Jim Wolf ECU w/ twin POP

Boost setting is 15PSI

ZXTT guys would call this a "Stage V+" level of modification.

By all accounts this setup should produce something over 300 wheel HP (that's 370hp for those comparing output to what a manufacturer like say, Chevy rates their Corvette's at..). With the car weighing at around 2600lbs, it should move pretty well. Of course only driving it will tell the story if it really works or not.

Stage III is claimed to put 396hp to the crank, with stage V being in the 415hp range. I'm a pessimist, however if I can get to 330 wheel HP (400 crank) I'll be happy....for a while... :-)

Drivetrain : 1993 300ZX turbo 5-speed transmission, 240Z limited slip diff (R180) 3.36:1 ratio. 

SUSPENSION :
Front - Shortened 200SX (V6) struts, Tokico Illumina adjustable inserts, adjustable camber plates, rack & pinion steering, custom adjustable T/C rods. Ground Control coilovers, 200#/in spring rate.

Rear - Nissan Competition (Roadster front) springs. 862#/in (212#/in wheel rate). Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable shocks. DAMB productions "Penultimate" adjustable rear crossmember.

Brakes : Front - 10.8in vented with aluminum 4-piston calipers. Rear: 11.7in vented rotors with 2 piston aluminum calipers. Porterfield R4S pads. 280ZX 15/16in master cylinder.
